Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
To be eligible for a refund due to defect:

You must provide clear proof of the defect (e.g., photos) and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Do not send any items back unless you receive prior approval and instructions from customer support. Items returned without prior approval or a support ticket will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt (in line with Egypt's legal requirement for reporting defects). After verification, if the defect is confirmed and you qualify for a return, we will provide instructions, a return shipping label, and a flat E£50.00 shipping fee will be charged unless the defect is confirmed, in which case we may waive the fee.
Refunds may be refused if:

The defect cannot be verified.

The item has been used or altered or is not in its original condition.

The item is a final sale product (except in the case of defects).
