Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

To be eligible for a refund due to defect:

  • You must provide clear proof of the defect (e.g., photos) and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Contact our support team at artcreations.mf@gmail.com to open a support ticket. We will assess your request and determine the next steps.

  • Do not send any items back unless you receive prior approval and instructions from customer support. Items returned without prior approval or a support ticket will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt (in line with Egypt's legal requirement for reporting defects). After verification, if the defect is confirmed and you qualify for a return, we will provide instructions, a return shipping label, and a flat E£50.00 shipping fee will be charged unless the defect is confirmed, in which case we may waive the fee.

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The defect cannot be verified.

  • The item has been used or altered or is not in its original condition.

  • The item is a final sale product (except in the case of defects).
